Meet Our Founder
Meet our founder and visionary leader, Sahlease Taylor, the driving force behind MALC LLC. With a solid foundation in nursing education from Savannah State in Savannah, GA, Sahlease Taylor has dedicated an impressive 23 years to the healthcare field.
Before the inception of MALC LLC, Sahlease honed her skills in various hospital settings, specializing in cardiac, psych, med-surg, and oncology, and gained invaluable experience working with tracheostomies and ventilator patients. It was during this journey that she discovered her true passion lay in home health care, where she could provide personalized, 1:1 care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
Having lived in the TN area for 24 years, Sahlease brings a deep understanding of the local community’s healthcare needs. Her journey towards entrepreneurship began with a compelling vision in 2007, and after years of dedication and hard work, MALC LLC was officially launched in 2014.
Sahlease’s superpowers lie in her unwavering passion for patient care. Known for her nurturing approach, she believes in providing the level of care that every individual deserves. She has an exceptional ability to establish genuine relationships with her patients, fostering trust and creating a compassionate healthcare experience.
On a personal note, Sahlease is an Oklahoma City native and a proud mother of four. She is also a Gulf War veteran who served eight years in the army, which further highlights the diverse range of experiences and a strong sense of commitment she brings to her business. Through her leadership, Sahlease continues to shape MALC into a beacon of compassionate and personalized healthcare services for the community.
